Golden Ticket

QUALIFICATIONS
Qualified Consultants are defined as those Audere Consultants who are in good standing with Audere and who have either recruited at least one (1) new consultant or who have joined Audere as a new Consultant between March 17, 2023, and July 15, 2023 (The Qualifying Period) AND who have received at least one (1) Golden Ticket from Audere. Qualified Consultants will receive one (1) Golden Ticket for each new consultant they personally enroll as an Audere Consultant during The Qualifying Period.

ELIGIBILITY
The drawing is open to Qualified Consultants who are present in the room at the Audere Mane Event in Spokane, Washington, in July 2023 at the time of the drawing. Only Audere Consultants who are in good standing and present are eligible to win.

ENTRY
To enter the drawing, Qualied Consultants must bring each Golden Ticket they have been awarded by Audere during The Qualifying Period to The Audere Mane Event 2023 and present them for entry. The Qualified Consultant will receive one (1) entry for each Qualified Golden Ticket they present. A “Qualified Golden Ticket” is defined as one Golden Ticket that contains both their name and the words “You must bring this ticket with you and be present to be eligible to win cash and/or prizes.” printed by Audere on them. Any tickets presented by a Qualified Consultant that does not have the proper markings as indicated above will not be accepted for entry.

WINNER SELECTION
The winner(s) will be selected at random from among all eligible entries. The drawing will be conducted publicly, and the winner will be announced immediately after the drawing.

PRIZE(S)
The prize(s) will be a specified item or items. The winner must be present to claim the prize. If the winner is not present, another winner will be selected at random.

NOTIFICATION
The winner will be notified immediately after the drawing. If the winner is not present, they will be given five (5) minutes to claim the prize. If the winner does not claim the prize within the specified time frame, another winner will be selected at random.

DISQUALIFICATION
Any individual who violates the rules or attempts to tamper with the drawing will be disqualified from participating in the drawing.

LIABILITY
The organization conducting the drawing is not responsible for any injuries, losses, or damages incurred by participants in the drawing or by the winner of the prize.

PUBLICITY
By participating in the drawing, the winner agrees to allow their name and likeness to be used for promotional purposes by the organization conducting the drawing.
